Vincent will be speaking at the upcoming conference in Berlin “German-Russian Fall Talks”. The conference will focus on several questions concerning European/German-Russian relationships. Vincent will appear on Panel 2, Friday 6.30pm on questions of European identity. The whole event will be held in German. More information can be found here.
